some1 know whats the meaning of sleeptime in the CE speed hack?

and does some1 knows a good speed/sleeptime voor gunzonline?

i play gunzonline internationel

so far i know when u use speed hack u gunna get lagg or even dc
and....
gunz has been updated yesterday

i know gunz has been updated.. but still it wont be that hard to bypass xtrap. Did it before and will do it again. Just need to know some stuff about speed hack and then i dont mean the one that takes 1 second to run from 1 side of the level to the other but i mean the fast action kind o hack. you know what i mean?
