How do I cheat?

I heard that the cheat engine which i dwnloaded can hack jetman so ur highscore is what ever you want it. How do i do that also i did read the tutorials.

1. Cheat engine cant hack jetman, you do using cheat engine.
2. You read and do the tutorials that come with cheat engine and it teaches you the basic usage of Cheat engine.
