I want to execute a C++ code when something happens within the VB program (Example, if button1 is clicked then execute the C++ code).
How can that be done?

Create a dll in C++ and then call a function in the dll when button1 is clicked.

You can try using the ThunderVB addons and use the inline C/C++ addon.
