Although Kaspersky's programming talents can be slightly underwhelming, he's right about this one. Everyone tells you that Visual Basic is a good newbie language to start with, but the truth is that it will do nothing but cripple you when it comes to learning other languages in the future.
Another good argument of why you should start with something like C++ instead is that I flunked VB classes hard, and aced the C++ classes even harder. If you ask me, C++ is the way to go, alternatively C#.

Not saying your opinion is wrong, but not everyone has the same issues with picking up another language after learning VB first. I learned VB first, myself, then moved into MASM and C++. To me, I think it was a ton easier to learn VB first then move into the other languages. The main thing you need to grasp and understand with VB is API.
Once you understand that you can move into just about any other language with ease. The only hard part for moving into a new language with little to no knowledge about it prior is the syntax. C++ probably has one of the most easiest syntaxes to get used to. Along with with VB. Once you know C++ fairly well you can pick up other languages like Java and PHP with ease as they are setup the same way.

The other side of this arguement is that if you are determined enough and would like to actually get to know how some of the stuff in coding actually works, you should go for vb .net and then to C. Also if you are determined enough you shouldn't have a single fret over trying to learn C. Of course this is accounting that you are not just a nublet learning to show off.

you wont learn any other lanage in under 2 weeks sorry.
i aint even gonna suggest a programme for you to learn, because you really dont seem like you want to take the time to actually learn one, saying i wanna learn it in under 2 weeks just shows all you want is to "quick fix" somthing.
You can buy books like SAMMS which will break it down into hour sessions, with a total of 24 hours, but dont think it will only take you 1 day to learn it all, its just the way they are broken down into learning structures.
my advice, decide whether you actually want to learn a lanuage and then come back and ask.
Do you think someone studying on a programming course completes it in 2 weeks? LOL

Reasons
-Takes 1 day to learn the basics
-Use 5 hours more and you master CSS
-You can make good looking websites
But since its not really a programming language then i would suggest Delphi.
Reasons
-Easy
-Takes not long to know the basics
-You can always build-on to it, by learning C, C++, C#
-Programs like Cheat Engine is made all in Delphi (except the Kernel, its written in C)
-Loads of possibilities.
