| My friend and a bunch of othe people have SA:MP trainer. Now mine works, only on single player, my friends works on multiplayer and we have the same trainer. The only diffrence between us is he has the version he bought at the store, mine is a rip. And I am on windows vista, he has XP. But if it works on single shouldent it work on multi? |

1. Trainers made with the retail version do not work with cracked version in some cases.
2. Trainers created using a cracked version of the game do not work with retail versions in some cases.
3. Trainers are made per the version of the game as well, if you got one for 1.0, it may or may not work with 1.1 or what ever. |

Ok, look if you have your CT still.
Dont be so quick to make a trainer after finding the address.
1. After you save the ct for your finds.
2. Close the game.
3. Start the game again.
4. Attach CE and if your CT works still then try it on another pc.
5. If it doesnt work "You got a code shift or you did not find anything but dynamic address's"
Thats why the trainer wont work.
If it works on 1 pc every time.
Put the ct on another pc and try it there.
If it is not working thats definitely a code shift |

If you find what writes to it, and the game code shifts, NO.
But if the CT works, and your trainer dont then are you using alloc in a AA script to make a trainer that wont work. DarkByte knows about it and hopfully it can get fixed one day. But it isnt all that important becasue you can define your own cave and make the AA script and it will work fine.
POST your code... if it is an AA.
You know what post the instruction that write to the address you find. |

| If you're using the address you got from finding what wrote to it, that's the instruction there. You can't just write something like 5 to it and expect it to give you 5 lives. You have to actually edit the instruction to do so or jump to a codecave and do what you want there. |

Well actually you can but you need to know what it is in decimal.
But why would anyone go through the trouble of that when you can write bytes or assembly in and AA and be done with it. Right ! |
