okay ive heard alot of ways to "wall crall" but ive tried most and failed....sadly i keep hearing the same ways to try it. Confused

so can somebody tell me anyway(since ive tried all the ways)to go on a wall and not freeze up wich i heard also happens.....your replys will help thank u
