I'm at school and trying to get to websites but eveything and their fuggin grandmother is blocked. ANyone have a ay other than a proxy(Because i'll die of old age before it loads) to get to blocked sites? I've tried site IPs but they are blocked along with the website.

Edit : If it's helpful at all it's using a program called "Smart Filter"

Yea, because i can totaly turn off a firewall on a school computer. Not admin or anything. Just normal zero privlages.

Hey, I heard about there being a way to access blocked websites through google's cache or w/e

sure, for example, do a google search for "cache:http://yahoo.com"

and that is google's last snapshot of yahoo.com

Any firewall worth a dime will be able to block most "normal" methods to get around. Google cache, anonimyzer etc etc...

Easiest thing to do is ssh to your house or have a proxy at your house. Most schools won't block a random ip address for no reason. Then your just limited to the speed of your home connection..

I do this at work when visiting "hacking" sites.
