my school is 1 giant network of internet crap

no way to communicate (email, chat, etc)

i was looking up winsock stuff and learnt about tcp and it made me think, what if i could make it so that the client will send a message to multiple computers. like a wildcard ip addy.

do you get what i'm saying and is it possible?

basically more than 1 server

There is a enet udp base winsock lib.

And it's bsd like license.

The wrapper is in code central that I know.
