Anyone bothered to download/buy this? Does it work, or is it a scam? I've seen and read quite a bit about it, and it looks like it is mostly utter crap though their website is convincing...

Stats are of course, server-side and thus not hackable.

WoW is 98% server side. the only thing client side is player location. think of it like runescape

well u can use cheat engine to change the stats, like 20str to 999str, however it displays as 999str but ur actual str is still 20str, nothing changes, only hack that worked on WoW that i know of is speed hacking(no global cooldown, run faster) and mountain climbing hack. all other hacks are proly scams

Most Of Information stored on world of warcraft is server sided,
which means the info isnt stored on your client, its stored on their servers, with an extensive Virus + Hacking protection program, which makes it extremely difficult to even break into the servers, from there its easy flowing, just use WPE pro and filter out say Fireball rank 1 with death touch and walla, u have a 1-hit KO spell, but afcourse even if u get that far you will definately be banned. They are a multi-million dollar organization, and will not let you screw them.

Yes, you CAN/COULD Hack some games..

Rakion was able to stat hack before the patch atleast, never tried hacking it now.. but it DID work! So.. Liar DCN32! Evil or Very Mad

So after getting a bunch of invites from some unknown person, I joined the group and get the url to a website for this Stat Changer 2.0. Well I know it's instant bullshit and do some more research - guess the dude is charging money for it.
