Dictionary attacks, and brute-forcing are the only options... that I know of. Razz
RAR Password Cracker is specifically made for cracking .ZIP and .RAR archives.

Yup,

But if the rar has a password longer then 6 characters and mixed uppercase and lower with numbers. It will take you a year to brute it if not longer.
