Hi There...
First of all: Cheat Engine is great... Works quite well...
But I still got a problem.
Seems like lots of games do not keep their pointer adresses. I'm currently cheating various Reflexive Arcade Games, but I can't find the pointers for the adresses I find. Usually I get 0 hits. And YES, I first check the assembler-code where the memory adress is changed for [eax+xx] or something. But usually I find a [eax] there... But I don't find the 4-Byte value specified in that dialog.
Any ideas were I can find that pointer adresses (and possible required increments or decrements)?
Use the pointer scanner for memory addresses pointing to the address you want and then narrow it down by rescanning. You'll eventually get a static pointer. Pointer scanner takes a long time though.
