Neopets is a browser based game...
I will not flame you... But hacking Neopets with CE is not really possible...

Zenji is right about that.. if you wanna know why? well because games like that are 100% server sided..
some browser games are hackable but they need to be runt by macromedia flash player or something bacause when you want to play those they are downloaded to your computer.. so macromedia flash player games are 100% client sided..
