do what appalsap said
google 'SHGetFolderPath uses delphi'
isnt it like shellexecute? or what it is? if it is it must be ShellAPI i guess.. =\
i dont know what SHGetFolderPath is

edit:
i found something..
it says ShellAPI so try it
