Summary

0000118: CE 5.5: The memory search freezes after "Stay on top" is choosen (rightclick on title bar)

Description

Every time i choose "Stay on top" with a rightclick on the title bar, the search for a value in the memory freezes. If i try to cancel the search after a while the "Cancel" button changes to "Terminating scan..." for about 3 seconds. Then the button "Force termination" appears. I click on it an the error "For some reason the scanController does not exist." appears. Have to close CheatEngine and restart it every time i had choosen the "Stay on top" option.

Using CheatEngine 5.5
Have been testing it with a search in Firefox's memory -> Huge number of hits
