Cheat Engine

So I have a dynamic adress which holds the value of the x-position in the game. I am trying to read this value at best 60 frames/second in a jupyter notebook. But how do I take this value out of Cheat Engine to a Jupyter Notebook?

For why I use a Dynamic addres
I have tried pointer scanning to find the static addres but i feel like there just isn't. I did find the dynamic adresses to logical number representations of x-position and also the actual logic addres of the x-position, where if you change the value you see it change on screen. But I can't seem to link it back to the pointer.
